Annotation:
Over 10 years of work as a Finnish journalist in Donbass, in the midst of the Ukrainian civil war.
We cannot invent the truth, because reality can only be learned. The truth about the crisis and conflict in Ukraine is something that people in the West are reluctant to learn, because the facts and realities do not correspond to the interests of Western powers. The events in the former territories of Ukraine – in Crimea and Donbass – run counter to what has been reported in the Western media since 2013, because the truth did not serve the strategic goals of the West and the geopolitical anti-Russian agenda. In the course of the information war, journalism has been completely replaced by propaganda and hybrid war fake news, which has created a false reality.
However, the truth decides everything, and the truth about Donbass, which anyone can find out, explains both the Western-backed coup in Kyiv and the civil war that broke out in Ukraine, as well as the involvement of Western countries in the conflict, in which Russia was forced to intervene in February 2022. In this book, which I have written for all those who seek the truth, I shed light on the hidden reality. The Western powers were so afraid that this information could spread all over the world! Join me in Donbass – in Donetsk (DPR) and Lugansk (LPR), where I have been living and working permanently since 2015!

Excerpt from the book (Chapter 20. War in Donbass)
Compared to the Finnish Army and the experiences gained during my years as a reservist, the Russian soldiers have made a great impression on me. While travelling along the Donbass fronts, I became convinced that there are no military solutions against the Russian forces, because the resistance and military materiel they form is too strong for any Western army, as well as for the Kyiv forces, which are also mainly tough Slavs. However, the Russians have home field advantage in Donbass.
Visiting the front against Mariupol in southern Donetsk for the first time, we proceeded with a team of journalists through the frontline village to the frontline trenches and dugouts. The terrain was like a mud puddle and it was dark and cold everywhere, but in the trenches, we met brisk and determined Donbass defenders. The dirty, sturdy guys were highly experienced, visibly tenacious fighters. One of the soldiers we met said that his home was only few kilometres behind our backs. He literally fought in his own backyard.
In front of us, to the west, there were the positions of the neo-Nazi Azov forces of Kyiv and, on the horizon, the outskirts of Mariupol. No one would be able to overcome those positions and reach Donetsk – it was clear – and later, after Mariupol was liberated, the history proved that nobody ever did.
